Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping location. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, if tracking is available.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Trucker Claws is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@truckerclaws.com.

Delayed or Lost Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Trucker Claws is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, holidays, or other carrier issues.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item or packaging.
