Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Trucker Claws! We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, including original packaging when possible.

To start a return, please contact us at support@truckerclaws.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information first. If your package appears lost, contact us and we’ll help look into it.
